Exams? No worries, we'll still make time for brunch and a mini photo shoot!

Several weeks ago, in the midst of exam week, we managed to squeeze in a brunch session and decided to check out Cornerstone Bar & Food at Carriageworks. It took us quite some time to find the place because just like its name, it is located at the very corner of Carriageworks, in the middle of empty warehouses and abandoned train stations (or what looks like one).
We ordered eggs benedict with salmon & avocado, beef and potato hash with poached egg, and french toast with crispy bacon. The location was rustic, deserted, abandoned, and all sorts of heaven rolled into one place. If you ever wish to leave the city for a bit, but don't want to go the distance, I suggest you visit this place out, it’s right across the main entrance of USYD, hidden away from the concrete jungle.
