Taiwan Travel Diary: Part 2

And the story goes on...

One of the highlights of my Taiwan trip is the Ximending night market. It looks so much like Tokyo's Time Square, with all the crowd and big billboards and everything. Love the vibe here!

I have always loved theme parks! That is why I got so excited when I visited Eda Theme Park in Kaohsiung. As soon as I came in, it felt as if I were in Greece due to its Greece-themed attractions and architecture, and it looked so lovely at night when all the lights went on. The place was not that big though, just a little bit bigger than Sydney's Luna Park in size, but with a lot more exciting rides both indoor and outdoor.

I also climbed up the 6th tallest building in the world, Taipei 101.

Last but not least, I should say that Taiwanese street foods are the bomb! If you're a fan of street foods (and are prepared to gain a few kgs as well), you would definitely love Taiwan! I tried its famous stinky tofu, mango shaved ice, black sausage, papaya milk, bubble milk tea and many other snacks at the night markets, and they were all delicioussss! Just looking at the pictures already gives me a tingle on my taste buds. Yum yum!
